FLAG has been awarded two more national invention patents.

In August 2025, Hunan FLAG Bio officially received the authorization certificates from the National Intellectual Property Administration for two invention patents. The names of the invention patents are:

Glutathione peroxidase and its application and the preparation method of oxidized glutathione, Patent No. ZL 2025 1 0764092.9

A Composite Preservative and Its Preparation and Application in Meat Preservation, Patent No. ZL 2025 1 0645780.3

The invention patent on oxidized glutathione adopts a full-enzyme method to directly catalyze the synthesis of oxidized glutathione. Compared with the traditional chemical synthesis method, this patent has a simple preparation process, mild reaction conditions, and a high conversion rate.

The patent of the compound preservative is applied in the field of meat processing. This invention can form an antibacterial protective layer on the surface of meat, effectively inhibit oxidation and pigment deposition, achieve effective preservation effects, and has excellent biological safety.
